Crunchy Hollow Waffer Sticks
Makes about 2 ½ dozen cookies

Preheat oven to 350 F

Beat 2 egg whites until stiff

 Mix together and add gradualy:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

The batter should be thin.

Greese cookie sheet WELL!

Spread into large circles (a bit smaller than a saucer) onto a well greesed cookie sheet

**Do not cook more than three cookies on each cookie sheet.**

Cook at 350F from 4-5 minuites.

** They cool VERY fast and by the time you have one rolled the other one will almost be too cool to roll or get off the cookie sheet.

To make sticks: Quickly curl flat cookie around the end of a spoonand then slide it off immediately.

Dip the tip of cooled cookies in melted chocolate chips if desired.
